The extensive differentiation in installation-to-product ratio created a unique challenge for the company in providing product-specific data and installation information in their product descriptions. Due to this issue, the company's only feasible solution was to create a generic description for all its products, which resulted in a bland and uninformative user experience.

The Solution

Our team used ContentHubGPT, a generative AI-based enterprise B2C and B2B content platform, to insert each product's unique details into the associated product description using the information from product and car fitment data.
